Troubleshooting accessing your Google Business Page

If you’re having trouble accessing your Google Business Page, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue.
First, make sure that you’re using the correct email address and password to log in. If you’re still having trouble, you can reset your password by following the instructions here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/72923?hl=en.
If you’re still having trouble accessing your account, it’s possible that your account has been suspended due to a policy violation. You can check the status of your account by logging into your Google Business Page and going to ‘Account Status.’ If your account has been suspended, you’ll need to follow the instructions here to appeal the decision: https://support.google.com/business/contact/business_account_status.
Assuming there are no problems with your account, the next thing to check is whether or not you have editing rights for the page in question. Only users who have been granted explicit editing rights by the page owner will be able to access and edit the page. If you think you should have editing rights but don’t, you’ll need to reach out to the page owner and ask them to add you as a user.
